• No Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns on all pre-orders.
• Processing Time: Pre-orders take 2-3 weeks before they are ready for shipping or collection.
• Cancellations & Refunds: No cancellations or refunds after 24 hours of placing your order.
• Combined Shipping: Any in-stock items purchased with a pre-order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
• Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times shown at checkout do not apply to pre-orders.
